Working closely with a local team of engineers and architects in Cayman, the Studio Fonder team has selected some of the best materials in the world – sourcing steelwork from Sheffield, glazing from Germany, tiles from Italy and a wooden floor from Dinesen, Denmark. 

Several bespoke features – including an outdoor pool and various pieces of furniture – have been prepared specifically for the client to suit their individual requirements. The home will be manufactured in the UK to be reconstructed on-site, and our team assisted with a full range of services from design coordination, interior design, technical detailing, fabrication, delivery & onsite installation.
